The T20 series between Pakistan and New Zealand continues with optional training sessions scheduled at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on April 23 and 24.
Ticket booths for the matches have been established at Liberty Chowk in Lahore. The fourth match of the series is set for April 25, with the final match of the home series taking place on April 27.
In a related incident, a Ministry of Commerce employee, Zulfiqar Ahmed, was arrested for illegally selling honorary tickets to the Pakistan vs. New Zealand T20 match.
The arrest was made outside the Kidney Center in Lahore, and a case has been filed against Ahmed under the direction of DFC Atif. The complaint alleges that Ahmed was selling honorary match tickets, priced at 1,000 PKR each, which he had unlawfully acquired from the Ministry of Commerce’s allocated quota.
It is also noted that the first match of the five-match T20 series was cancelled due to rain. In the third match, New Zealand defeated Pakistan by seven wickets.
The initial three matches were hosted at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, and the concluding two will occur at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.
