The Election Tribunal has verified the accuracy of Form 45s for PTI candidates Muhammad Ali Bukhari and Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar in Islamabad’s NA-48 constituency, finding no discrepancies in the documents.
The Form-45 scrutiny during a hearing centred on allegations of electoral misconduct in the NA-48 race. Additionally, the tribunal has fined Raja Khurram Nawaz of the PML-N, the winning candidate, and the returning officer responsible for overseeing the election PKR 15,000 each.
During the proceedings, Raja Khurram Nawaz acknowledged to the tribunal that he lacked a verified copy of Form 45.
