Yaseen, a distinguished gold medalist and weightlifter from Edward College in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has tragically died following injuries sustained in a family dispute shooting and was hospitalized since April 10.
Following the shooting, he was hospitalized, and after extensive efforts to arrange advanced treatment abroad, Yaseen succumbed to his injuries on June 1.
According to police reports, the fatal incident involved his in-laws, resulting in the arrest of four suspects. His father, Riyaz, recounted that Yaseen, who married for love in 2016, suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
