Election Commission of Pakistan on Tuesday published a detailed report of assets of political parties for the year 2013-2014.
According to the report of ECP, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is the richest political party with an annual income was 218.8 million rupees.
The annual income of the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) was 16.7 million rupees whereas the annual expenses amounted to 74.7 million rupees.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)’s annual income was 102.7 million rupees while the expenses amounted to 161.7 milion rupees.
The annual income of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was 14.5 million rupees while the annual expenses were 25.4 million rupees.
Pakistan Awami Tehreek’s annoual income was 3.03 million rupees.
Jamaat-e-Islami’s annual income was reported to be 7.6 million rupees with the expenses of 7.1 million rupee.
