The Lahore High Court has approved the bail petition of popular YouTuber Saad ur Rahman, known as Ducky Bhai. The case involves allegations of promoting online gambling applications.
Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry presided over the hearing. The court granted bail against surety bonds worth Rs. 1 million.
During the proceedings, Justice Shehram referenced a key legal point. He noted that the Supreme Court has previously ruled that denying bail in such cases is considered “unusual.”
The court heard arguments from lawyers representing both sides. This occurred before the judge issued the final bail order. Ducky Bhai had filed a post-arrest bail petition with the High Court. He was formally nominated in a case accusing him of promoting gambling-related mobile apps.

His petition argued that the allegations against him did not justify his continued detention. The YouTuber was previously detained by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA). The arrest took place at Lahore Airport.
Reports indicate he was attempting to leave the country. His name had been placed on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).
Immigration authorities flagged his name during standard departure checks. The NCCIA was already investigating him for multiple charges, including the promotion of online gambling apps.
