The DG Rangers Sindh, Major General Rizwan Akhter has met the Federal Interior Minister, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and exchanged his views over the law and order situation of the province.

During the meeting, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan expressed his satisfaction over the measures taken by the law enforcement agencies (LEAs) to control terrorism and crimes, and said that the Karachi Operation is leading into the ‘right direction.’

The Interior Minister said that the Karachi Operation is being supported by the peace-loving citizens of Karachi. He also advised that its scope should be broadened.

Nisar further vowed that the Federal Government will provide all possible assistance to the Rangers, for increasing the capabilities of the paramilitary force.
