DG ISI Lt-Gen Rizwan Akhtar briefs PM Nawaz before US visit

Director General Inter Services Intelligence (DG ISI) Lieutenant General Rizvan Akhtar held a meeting with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif before latter’s departure for London en route to Washington this morning.

Lt-Gen Rizwan Akhtar had proceeded to Washington last week and returned here late Sunday evening.

The DG ISI had also an important meeting with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Sunday soon after his return from the US.

Today, he briefed PM Nawaz over US visit just before his departure for London en route to Washington this morning.
