Former WBC super lightweight champion Devin Haney is facing online backlash after a leaked video surfaced featuring his wife, Leena Sayed, and rapper Young Thug.
The video, recorded in July 2022, depicts Sayed on a phone call with Thug during his time in prison, igniting significant speculation about their connection.
The leaked footage shows Sayed visibly emotional during the call, telling Thug,
“I don’t like anyone. No one is like you. I only want you.”
The rapper, jailed in May 2022 on charges of leading the Young Slime Life (YSL) gang, faces allegations of violent crimes, including murder and armed robbery.

“That video was before I met my bd [baby daddy]… I would never talk to Thug or any other man.”
Thug also took to X (formerly Twitter) to deny any romantic connection, stating,
“Me and twin was talking bout some whole other serious sh*t. That’s my twin and nothing else.”
Sayed later responded to being called a “twin,” declaring her loyalty to Haney. She wrote,
“I’m nobody’s twin. I’m 100% down for my baby daddy and that’s why y’all mad.”
Young Thug Apologizes to Mariah The Scientist
While Thug denied any romantic ties to Sayed, he publicly apologized to his girlfriend, Mariah The Scientist, for the drama.
“Sorry to my baby for all this bullsh*t on the internet. I love u, baby, and f**k em all.”
Unlike the other parties, Haney has not directly addressed the controversy. Instead, he shared an Instagram story showing himself relaxing in bed with Louis Vuitton bags, appearing unbothered by the situation.
