Srinagar: Doubts have been raised over the standard of education in Occupied Kashmir after an admit card was issued to a cow for the entrance examination in Polytechnic College.
The cow will be appearing for the examination next week after the college administration issued her the admit card.
The owner of the cow says he would be taking her for the examination so people can be aware of the irregularities in the online examination registration system in Occupied Kashmir.
