Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah has directed district municipal committees of Karachi to clean city within 10-day.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah while chairing a meeting to review the progress in Karachi’s cleanliness and sanitation drive directed concern to clean Karachi in 10 day.
The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary of Sindh, Secretary Local Bodies, Commissioner Karachi, Administrator Karachi.
The chief minister said that it is the responsibility of the government to provide cheaper and healthy leisure facilities to the people of the city. He urged the local government authorities to keep the city clean.
“Along with the streets and roads of the city, coastal areas should also be cleaned,” he added.
“I want Karachi to become clean within 240 hours,” the chief minister said.
