Under the CM Punjab Laptop Scheme, students will receive 13th-generation laptops and Core i7 computers. These high-performance devices target top performers, including 2,000 minority students and those excelling in Secondary and Higher Secondary exams. It’s a game-changer for tech-driven learning in Punjab.

Who Gets the Laptops?

The allocation breaks down as follows:

  • 20,000 laptops for university students.
  • 14,000 laptops for college students.
  • 4,000 laptops for technical and agricultural college students.
  • 2,000 laptops for medical and dental college students.

Notably, 32% of recipients will hail from South Punjab. Eligible fields include computer science, medicine, engineering, social sciences, business, languages, veterinary medicine, and agriculture.

How to Register for a Free Laptop

Registration is now open! Eligible students can apply online at cmlaptophed.punjab.gov.pk. Submit your details to secure your CM Punjab Laptop Scheme spot. Act fast, don’t miss out!

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, students must meet these requirements:

  • Hold a Punjab domicile.
  • Be enrolled in a BS program’s 1st or 2nd semester at a public university or college.
  • Score at least 65% in Intermediate (80% for medical/dental colleges).

According to CM Maryam Nawaz, the first batch of laptops has already arrived in Pakistan. Distribution is slated to begin after Ramadan 2025, likely in April or May.
