Brad Pitt is facing a new legal challenge. This adds to the years-long disputes that have followed his divorce from Angelina Jolie.
The actor has been sued by a competing skincare company that alleges copyright infringement. The lawsuit claims Pitt’s skincare brand, Beau Domaine, copied the rival firm’s name, logo, visual design, and online presence. Pitt co-founded Beau Domaine in 2022.
According to court filings, the plaintiff, Brandon Palas, already operated a skincare company under the name Beau D. This was before Pitt entered the market. Palas claims Pitt initially launched the brand as Le Domaine and later rebranded it to Beau Domaine. He says this move confused consumers.

The two sides reportedly attempted to resolve the dispute through negotiations. Those talks failed, prompting Palas to file a formal legal complaint.
“Our priority is protecting the integrity of Beau D. and ensuring customers are not misled,” the plaintiff said in a statement. “We strongly believe in originality and safeguarding what makes our brand unique.”

According to reports, Palas is seeking $75,000 in damages. The lawsuit comes at a difficult time for Pitt. He remains locked in a separate and ongoing legal battle with Jolie over ownership and control of the Château Miraval estate.
