On August 16, 2025, the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) announced the results of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Part II Science Pre-Engineering examinations.
The overall pass rate was 54.94%, with 11,547 out of 21,019 candidates successfully passing. Notably, female students excelled, securing all top three positions and demonstrating outstanding academic achievement in a competitive environment.
BIEK Pre-Engineering Top Position Holders
- First Position (92.63%): Laiba Ansari (Roll No. 219251, Usman Public School) and Syeda Anzeelah Haider Zaidi (Roll No. 221331, BAMM P.E.C.H.S Govt. College for Women).
- Second Position: Ayzal Mirha (Roll No. 221211, BAMM P.E.C.H.S Govt. College for Women).
- Third Position: Hafsa Imran (Roll No. 219422, Hamdard Intermediate College).
BIEK Chairman Fakir Muhammad Lakho announced an upcoming award ceremony to honour these high achievers.
Out of 21,617 registered candidates, 21,019 participated in the examination. Among them, 1,035 candidates achieved A-1 grades, 1,762 earned A grades, 2,351 received B grades, 2,938 obtained C grades, 3,124 secured D grades, and 296 were awarded E grades.
