PPP Co-Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari vowed to carry on the agenda of the late former Prime Minister and his mother, Benazir Bhutto.
The party’s power show in Garhi Khuda Bux commemorates Benazir Bhutto’s 15th death anniversary of late Benazir Bhutto.
Addressing a massive gathering at Garhi Khuda Bux, Bilawal said, “This trip will be completed by us jointly; I want to tell them to come to Garhi Khuda Bux and see how many people are here. Even after all these years, there are still people here who support Bibi. These people have shown their loyalty to her and haven’t forgotten Benazir or her political ideas. We mean it when we say, “Aj Bhi Bhutto Zinda hay” (Bhutto is still alive today).
Bilawal stated that his mother was a patriotic Pakistani and that her name was etched not only in the nation’s history but also in the annals of the entire world.
“She was the voice of the poor, an advocate for the needy, a staunch defender of democracy, and a retort to terrorists with force. She believed in the politics of optimism, honesty, and cohesion.
Today, the PPP chairman emphasized that “we must follow bibi’s vision” and complete the goal she had established.
“President Zardari and I attempted to further her objective, and we will accomplish any remaining tasks within the next 15 years,” he assured.
Taking a jab at the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, the PPP leader and foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said Imran Khan was deposed by a Bilawal House conspiracy, not the White House. He was the first prime minister to be removed constitutionally, not through a plot. “He claimed US ouster” (US). Not the White House, but the Bilawal House conspired to remove him.
Imran Khan blames the White House for his removal, not Asif Ali Zardari. Imran Khan should know he will become a relic like Pervez Musharraf. Despite his shouting, we must think about the future.
