The Balochistan government has launched a firm crackdown on government employees tied to anti-state propaganda and activities.
Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti chaired a high-level meeting with the IG of Balochistan and the Chief Secretary, concentrating on law and order issues. The ongoing crackdown in Balochistan is aimed at employees who are spreading divisive narratives.
Bugti instructed commissioners and district officers to take prompt action. Offenders will be placed on the Fourth Schedule for monitoring. He also required schools to hoist flags and recite the national anthem to promote unity, warning non-compliant heads to resign. Extortion at checkposts will not be tolerated; any SHOs or Levies officers caught will face termination.

Bugti emphasized that misguided Baloch youth are being drawn into conflict and committed to taking preventive measures. President Asif Ali Zardari expressed a similar determination earlier when he chaired a meeting with Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and top officials. He pledged to combat terrorism and promote peace.
The crackdown on anti-state activities in Balochistan indicates a firm stance on security and loyalty.
