An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi earlier today indicted the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) activist Abdul Qadir Hingoro in an illegal weapons case.
Accused Abdul Qadir pleaded not guilty in the case.
The court summoned the witness on next hearing.
Abdul Qadir is accused of possessing illegal weapons and explosive material. He was arrested along with others during raid at MQM’s headquarters Nine-Zero.
In the March 11 raid at Nine-Zero, the suspects included Ubaid K2, Farhan Shabbir alias Mulla, Nadir Shah, Amir Saleem alias Sarkata, Kazim Raza Rizvi, Imtiaz, Abdul Qadir and Nadeem Ahmed were arrested.
