Aqeel Aka Dr. Usman execution carried out on Friday after the end of a six-year-old moratorium on capital punishment.
Field General Court Martial (FGCM) had sentenced Aqeel aka Dr Usman to death for his involvement in a broad daylight attack on General Headquarters (GHQ), whereas Arshad Meherban was on the death row for attempting to assassinate former army chief Gen (Retd) Pervez Musharraf with a bomb in 2003.
