Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain on Tuesday  rejected the charges being faced by him in London.

After getting 3 months bail extension Hussain while addressing a press conference held at MQM London Secretariat  said “Some people are excited but some must be upset over my release, i am back by the grace of your prayers. The same thing will happen even if they take me away again. Like always, they will never be able to prove anything against me as I am not guilty “

In  a question and answers session, Hussain said he cannot talk more on the case against him, as investigation is still underway in this regard. However, he expressed his complete trusts on investigation being carried out by Scotland Yard.

He hoped that the legal probe would soon be completed by the London police.

Once again Hussain criticised media and especially political anchorpersons and said  “My rivals, especially some anchorpersons, were so sure that I will be booked this time that they celebrated my appearing before the police by distributing sweets among their fellow staffers,”

Replying to a question, the MQM leader said that he wanted the real murderers of Dr Imran Farooq were arrested before long.

“Worry not my companions. I would return to you again, if they took me away from you in future as well,” he promised.

He said Pakistan should not involve itself in Yemen conflict. “Pakistani should only play the role of a mediator,” he added.

The MQM Chief said people of all the ethnicities should have equal rights in Pakistan.
