Altaf condemns state oppression against MQM

Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain said that “the recent state brutalities have outstripped those perpetrated in past, asserting the wrongdoers are inviting God’s eternal wrath”.

In a statement issued from London, the MQM chief expressed profound sorrow over the assassination of Unit in charge Sohail Ahmed and seconded the shutter-down decision of Coordination Committee.

Complaining that MQM is being politically victimized and its workers are being picked up and murdered, Altaf Hussain appealed the people at large to join hands in protest against the extrajudicial killings of party workers.

“Such incidents of atrocities can never unnerve the MQM. President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, federal interior minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif should take notice of these sanguinary incidents.”
