Multan Sultans owner Ali Tareen sparked buzz on X by poking fun at captain Mohammad Rizwan after the team’s first Pakistan Super League (PSL) defeat of the season. Despite Rizwan’s unbeaten 105 off 61 balls, Multan Sultans fell short in a high-scoring thriller against Karachi Kings at National Bank Stadium.

Rizwan’s knock, packed with nine fours and five sixes, powered Multan to 234-3. However, Karachi Kings’ James Vince stole the show with a blazing 101 off 43 balls, backed by Khushdil Shah’s 60, chasing down 235 with four balls to spare. The loss marked a rare stumble for the Sultans in PSL 10.
