Dear Ismail Khan (D.I. Khan): Provincial Minister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Ali Amin Gandapur has surrendered himself into police custody late Monday.
According to DPO Sadiq Hussain Baloch,Gandapur surrendered himself in local police station.
Earlier, an FIR was registered against PTI minister at D.I. Khan police station for snatching ballot boxes from a polling station during Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) LB Polls.

According to reports, at Hemath Adda polling station of D.I. Khan, Gandapur accompanied his brother Umar Amin Gandapur and his armed supporters appeared on the scene, picked up ballot boxes and began putting them in the minister’s car.
The on duty police officers made attempt to prevent the minister from doing so but in vain.
Later today, SHO Cantt police station Saifur Rehman registered an FIR against the minister. The FIR at Saddar police station booked Gandapur, his brother Umar and their security guards under various sections of the Pakistan Penal Code, including assault on a public servant in order to debar him from his duties.
While talking to local news channels on phone Gandapur has denied the allegations in the FIR.
