Alexandra Grant is embracing new adventures and moments of joy alongside her longtime partner, Keanu Reeves.
The couple, who have known each other for more than a decade and confirmed their romantic relationship in 2019, recently enjoyed a charming ice-skating date in New York City.
On Tuesday, January 13, Grant, 52, shared highlights from their time together on Instagram. In her caption, she revealed that the date followed a performance of Waiting for Godot, when Reeves invited her out for an evening on the ice.
The first image showed the couple posing confidently in skates in front of the brightly lit Christmas tree at Rockefeller Centre. Another clip shows them helping each other glide across the rink in a smooth 360-degree shot. A final photo showed Grant and Reeves sharing a kiss, framed by the glowing tree and festive lights.
Grant also expressed gratitude to the staff and onlookers who welcomed them warmly. She thanked everyone for cheering them on and offering small comforts like hot cocoa and pompom hats.
She ended her message with a reflection on choosing joy and openness. Grant wrote that she continues to say yes to connection, new experiences, and moments of happiness, even when tired or stepping outside her comfort zone.
Reeves, 61, and Grant first met around 2011 through creative collaborations. They later co-founded X Artists’ Books in 2017. Their relationship became public in late 2019, when they made their first official appearance as a couple at the LACMA Art + Film Gala.
Since then, the pair have remained largely private, occasionally sharing glimpses of their life together rooted in creativity, companionship, and quiet celebration of shared moments.
