Aleema Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, talked to reporters outside the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore. She said Imran, who is in jail, is in good health and called social media rumors about him “false and wrong.”
Aleema requested a fair health check for Imran with his own doctors to build trust. Her sister, Uzma Khan, a doctor, checked on Imran and said he’s doing fine. Aleema advised the media and social media users to rely on trusted sources when sharing news.

Aleema Khan (Salai Machine) has denied it
He uses a treadmill for an hour after a heavy breakfast .
How is it that this article is coming from mumbai.
Is it fake news coupled with sympathy because Pakistan has humiliated India on the diplomatic front in China. ☠️ https://t.co/HhPk24eQOS pic.twitter.com/c89P9MwXzD

Aleema cleared up talk of a fight with Salman Akram Raja, PTI’s lawyer. “There’s no problem with Salman,” she said. “He’s our lawyer and like family.” She explained that Raja’s choice to leave his role as PTI Secretary General was personal, not a sign of trouble in the party. Only Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, PTI’s chairman, can visit Imran, illustrating the difficulty of seeing him in jail.
Aleema said PTI’s leaders are talking about the upcoming by-elections, but they’ll make the final call. On the arrests of PTI supporters, she said, “Arrests won’t stop us. Why are kids being picked up? They can arrest me too.” Her words show PTI’s strength despite tough times
Imran Khan’s health and PTI’s unity are big concerns for supporters as the party faces legal and political fights. Aleema’s words aim to stop false news and keep supporters strong.
