Aleema Khan has voiced her discontent with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership, comparing the internal conflicts to the behaviour of bickering children.
In her recent remarks, Khan criticized certain party members’ focus on personal gain rather than collective goals. “If some are concerned about positions and money, it doesn’t affect us. We will stand alone, but we will stand with Imran Khan,” she declared.
She highlighted the inconsistency in the party’s approach towards Imran Khan’s role and illustrated the shifting expectations. “First, they said Imran Khan should go abroad for three years, then he should remain silent for two years.
It seems to me that by the time they finish descending the stairs, they will beg for forgiveness to save their dignity,” Khan added, expressing her frustration with the lack of steadfastness and unity within the party leadership.
