In Lahore, Ahsan Shah, identified as the prime suspect in the high-profile murder of Amir Balaj Tipu, son of the renowned Tipu Trucks, has died following an alleged encounter with law enforcement.
The incident, detailed by the DSP of the Organized Crime Unit, unfolded when Ahsan Shah was reportedly caught in the crossfire by his accomplices. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Shah succumbed to his injuries and could not be saved.
The DSP highlighted that the encounter occurred during a coordinated operation aimed at apprehending Shah, who had been evading capture. The backdrop of this violent encounter is the tragic murder of Amir Balaj Teppu, who was fatally shot on February 18 at a wedding ceremony. The wedding was held for the son of former DSP Akbar Iqbal, a private housing society near Thokar Niaz Baig. During the festivities, an assailant opened fire, striking Teppu and two other guests. Despite immediate medical attention, Teppu later died from his injuries in the hospital.
