YouTuber Adil Raja has released an official summary of the UK High Court’s decision against him. The summary confirms that he made “several defamatory allegations” about Brigadier (retired) Rashid Naseer and “had no defence to his claim.”
Raja posted the statement across all of his platforms, including X, Facebook, his website, and YouTube. This was done in compliance with a High Court order.
A day earlier, the court warned Raja that he could face imprisonment, fines, or the seizure of assets. This would occur if he failed to comply with the injunction. The order came after Justice Richard Spearman KC ruled in October that Raja had defamed Naseer by spreading false allegations of corruption, election manipulation, and blackmail.

The court instructed Raja to publish a clear summary of the judgment for 28 days. It must remain pinned or placed prominently on each platform. The summary includes a direct link to the full ruling.
The published statement reads, “By a judgment dated 9th October 2025, I was ordered by the High Court in London to pay Mr Rashid Naseer £50,000 in damages for libel, in addition to his legal costs, because between 14 and 29 June 2022 I made several defamatory allegations about him and I had no defence to his claim.”
Raja posted the summary as instructed. This marked a significant moment in the long-running legal dispute. The injunction issued by Justice Spearman KC prohibits Raja, or anyone acting on his behalf, from repeating or implying any claim that identifies Naseer and suggests:
• he controlled the Lahore High Court;
• he held meetings with Asif Ali Zardari in 2022 to plan election manipulation;
• he was a “black sheep” within the ISI or Pakistan Army;
• he created an election cell in Lahore in 2022 to rig the polls.
• he misused his authority against PTI;
• he harmed his religious future by serving political interests; or
• he fabricated cases against Raja.
The court made these restrictions clear to prevent any further defamatory actions. The case proceeded to trial in July 2025. After examining the evidence, the court concluded that Raja had no defence. The allegations he promoted were entirely baseless. Consequently, the court awarded Naseer £50,000 in damages and approximately £260,000 for legal costs.

The judgment concluded a lengthy legal battle that began when Naseer filed a claim in August 2022 regarding more than ten publications. These were posted by Raja between June 14 and 29, 2022. The court found nine of those statements to be seriously defamatory. They caused significant harm.
