A third year MBBS student of Abbottabad Medical college shot dead in Kohat over rejecting marriage proposal.
According to police, Aasma, who was a third-year MBBS student at Abbottabad Medical college, was killed in Kohat over marriage proposal.
Station House Officer (SHO) KDA, Gul Jan, while talking to local news channel said that the attacker has been identified as Mujahid. Mujahid wanted to marry Aasma and had issued threats in the past too.
Mujahid, along with his accomplice, Sadiq, waited outside the Asma’s residence. He shot her thrice after she stepped out of a rickshaw with her sister-in-law.Gul Jan added
The girl succumbed to her wounds on Sunday evening after she was rushed to the hospital soon after the incident happened yesterday.
A case was registered against the accused, as the police continue to search for the fugitive and his accomplice.
