Reports emerged on Tuesday that the computer science exam paper for 9th grade may have been leaked on social media on the exam day itself.
A spokesperson from the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) stated that whether the document is authentic or counterfeit remains unclear.
Today marked the commencement of the exams for grades 9 and 10. The BSEK chairman has instructed all students to refrain from bringing mobile phones to the exam venues, emphasizing that any violations will result in confiscation.
The exam schedule includes science group papers during the morning shift and general group papers in the afternoon.
This year, the board has introduced online admit cards. These cards serve as entry passes and help students locate their assigned exam centres. Those students who have completed the online registration can print their admit cards. It further noted that a late fee of Rs3,500 will be charged for delayed submissions.
