Zarb-e-Azb updates:- Mohmand tribe forms a militia to fight the terrorists

Mohmand tribe has announced formation of a militia to fight the terrorists on Wednesday.

The elders of Mohmand tribe pledged their complete support in the operation Zarb-e-Azb. The tribe has started large scale preparations. The Mamond tribesmen have decided to form a peace legion against militants to support the administration to track down the assailants who killed security personnel in Gahki Pass area.

The announcement was made before the leaders of the Mohmand tribe. The militia to be formed would include thousands of volunteers from both districts of Mohmand tribe.

The militia will take action against the suspected persons and terrorists crossing into the connected villages near Pak-Afghan border.

The tribe also announced measures on regional level to enhance the work of peace committee and to introduce reforms for preventing indulgence of non-state actors. Moreover, they demanded the release of Pakistani Taliban from Afghanistan.
