Top political leaders godfather crimes, gangs, militants in Karachi: DG Rangers

Karachi: The Director General (DG) Rangers Sindh, Maj Gen Bilal Akbar has claimed that top political leaders  of Sindh are godfathering land-mafia,  smugglers, gangsters and militants in Karachi.

In a press release issued  from DG Ranger Headquarters, Karachi stated that the DG Rangers in a briefing to the Apex Committee said “In Karachi, top political leaders are godfathering extortionists, land-mafia, diesel smugglers, gangsters and militants” .

The statement further stated that “money is being used for buying guns and rearing gangsters and other illegal activities.
