The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) registered 350 companies in October, an increase of 7 per cent compared with the corresponding month of last year.
Around 89pc companies were registered as private limited, while around 7pc companies were registered as single member companies, according to an SECP press release.
Two per cent of the companies were registered as non-profit associations and one per cent each as public limited and foreign company
