The Panama Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to submit its final report to the Supreme Court’s special implementation bench today.
The Panama JIT, formed on May 5 by the bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and includes Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan to ascertain the money trail of the Sharif family-owned properties in Park Lane, London.
According to sources. all six JIT members will submit their report to the apex court’s special implementation bench at 1pm today.
The JIT is headed by Federal Investigation Agency Additional Director Wajid Zia, and includes State Bank of Pakistan’s Amer Aziz, Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s Bilal Rasool, Military Intelligence’s Brig Kamran Khursheed, Inter Services Intelligence’s Brig (Retd) Nauman Saeed and National Accountability Bureau’s Irfan Mangi.
