Interpol issued red warrants for the most wanted suspects of Lyari gang-war i.e Uzair Baloch, Baba Ladla and Taj Muhammad (alias Taju) earlier today on the formal request of the Federal Investigation Agency.
Sindh government had sent documents seeking red warrants for key suspects of Lyari gang-war to the federal government. The federal government, through FIA contacted the Interpol for the arrest of three key accused.
The Sindh government had set a bounty on the suspects’ heads. Earlier Baba Ladla had been reported dead in an exchange of fire with Iranian border guards while trying to enter Iran illegally. He has about 120 cases registered against him involving all manners of heinous crimes.
