Mumbai: Pakistan’s music sensation, Atif Aslam is recording a song for most awaited Bollywood movie ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. Song titled as ‘Tu Chahye’, it’s a romantic number showing some sizzling chemistry between lead characters i.e., Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor
After driving music buffs crazy with his latest peppy track ‘Zindagi Aa Raha Hun Mai’ , Atif Aslam is all set to be back with a brand new number and this time, it’s for Dabang’s superstar Salman Khan’s much-publicized movie, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, as reported by Hindustan Times. Atif Aslam and Salman Khan come together for the first time ever.
If the buzz is to be believed, then Salman Khan, upon hearing the scratch of the song, himself suggested that nobody else’s but Aslam’s voice will be most befitting for this soulful number.
“When Salman heard the scratch of the song, he suggested we record with. Atif Aslam. This will be the first time Atif will sing for Salman, and the song in Atif’s voice sounds incredible,” shared COO of Salman’s production company, Amar Butala.
Titiled ‘Tu Chahye’, the mushy romantic number, which is yet to be shot, is based on Khan and Kareena Kapoor who can be seen romancing each other in streets of the very famous Chandni Chowk in Delhi.
The love song, which is slated for a release sometime this week followed by the movie’s trailer’s release on June 18th, has music by Pritam and is choreographed by Ahmed Khan.
