Zardari tries to settle govt-opposition dispute

Former President and the PPP patron in-chief, Asif Ali Zardari has phoned PMLQ leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervez Ilahi and has decided to hold consultation with other opposition parties, on the current political situation of the country.

According to sources, former President, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervez Ilahi exchanged views on the current political scenario including Azadi-March and PAT’s ‘revolution‘.

During the conversation, both sides agreed upon giving first priority to the measures for national integrity.

Asif Ali Zardari will also discuss affairs pertaining to political instability, with the rest of the opposition parties.
