Complete applications receive immediate electronic approval, while incomplete submissions trigger notifications requesting missing information.
Final approval requires payment of federal fees plus either insurance or a bank guarantee, along with attachment of a signed job offer.

Establishment Eligibility:
Companies must meet three key conditions:
- Possess a valid trade license with no active violations
- Have the electronic quota allocation available
- Maintain proper legal authorisation for permit application signing
Worker Qualifications:
Prospective employees must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Not holding an active UAE work permit
- Meet all profession-specific requirements
The system allows work permit replacement within six months of issuance under specific circumstances, including nationality changes, while maintaining the same job title and gender. This process requires cancelling the original entry permit through the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security.
