In Azad Jammu Kashmir near Kotli, a tragic accident occurred when a bus carrying more than 35 pilgrims plunged into a ditch, losing nine lives and injuring several others.
Those injured were transported to the District Headquarters (DHQ) in Mirpur for treatment. The bus was returning from the Narayan Sharif Urs at the time of the incident. The passengers aboard the ill-fated bus hailed from Gujranwala.
