According to Civil Aviation Authority all flight operation have been suspended at the Karachi airport.
Six domestic flights and three international flights have been diverted whereas nine have been delayed. One of the terrorists has been apprehended by law enforcement agencies a while ago. Maj-Gen Asim Bajwa tweeted: “Army Troops moved to Airport, have started reaching. Taking positions. Proper coordination being ensured for optimum effect”.
So far the death toll is 5 ASF officers and two militants.
