A shopping center located in the city area of Masjid Road Quetta, caught fire late yesterday night, according to fire fighting sources.
The Rescue sources said the fire erupted on the topmost fourth storey of the commercial plaza, where the shopkeepers were busy salvaging goods from their shops.
According to a wounded person, the outbreak occurred at a cloth shop. At least four firefighting vehicles took part in the operation to douse the flames.
Earlier, another fire had erupted in a shopping centre in Vihari, while last week fires had decimated peoples livelihoods in Karachi and Lahore last week.
