Haroon’s witty, dramatic and hilarious persona is evident in the picture where he is embracing all aspects of the Karachi seaside experience. He knows how to transform a picture into a live comedy show.
Other than earning his spurs as a stand-up comedian, Haroon has made his mark as a director, scriptwriter and producer. He initiated Pakistan’s first English improvisational comedy troupe Blackfish. Apart from his successful television show The Real News, he produced Pakistan’s first stand-up comedy tour titled ‘Saad Haroon: Very live! He has also worked with seasoned artistes such as Anwar Maqsood, Behroze Sabzwari and Bushra Ansari.
