At least four out of the five slain terrorists from last night have been identified and all belong to a banned outfit.
According to details, police had shot dead five militants near Quetta’s airport road. Four out of the give have been identified as Najeeb, Yousuf, Abdul Khaliq and Ijaz.
Security sources disclosed that the dead militants were all involved in heinous incidents of terrorism. These crimes included the murder of eight policemen in Pashtoonabad and the murder of two FC personnel in Satellite Town.
Police also disclosed that there were the same militants who had killed a police inspector at Jan Muhammad road. The same militants had also been involved in the sectarian killings of 21 people from various areas of Quetta.
Rocket launchers, hand grenades, Kalashnikovs and explosive material were obtained from the dead militants.
