Eligibility for the Talent Category:
Applicants must receive an endorsement from a Qatari government body, recognizing their talent in one of 13 fields, such as arts or scientific research. Additionally, they need a job offer in Qatar or proof of financial self-sufficiency, with a minimum of QAR 36,500.
Eligibility for the Entrepreneur Category:
Entrepreneurs must present a vetted business plan for an investment in Qatar, supported by authorized incubators like the Qatar Science & Technology Park. The proposed investment should be at least QAR 250,000.
