Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) member Provincial Assembly Shaukat Yousafzai has resigned as Focal Person for Mega Development Projects.
According to an official release, he had tendered his resignation to Chief Minister Pervez Khattak.
Shaukat Yousafzai was appointed Focal Person for Mega Projects in place of MPA Ziauallah Khan Afridi after the latter was removed on charges of corruption by the Chief Minister.
Shaukat Yousafzai thanked the Chief Minister for his support and cooperation in the disposal of his duties as the focal person.
He said that he wanted to give most of the time to his constituency therefore he could not continue with both assignments at a time. (PhotoNews / Agencies)
