Waqas Amjad, the Information Secretary for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Lahore, has reportedly gone missing, adding to a series of concerning disappearances linked to the political party’s social media activists.
The incident is part of a broader crackdown targeting individuals associated with PTI’s digital and information campaigns. To date, the number of PTI members who have forcibly disappeared under these circumstances has risen to five.
