PIA flight from Islamabad to Jeddah made an emergency landing in Karachi at Jinnah International Airport due to a “technical problem.”

PIA authorities have confirmed that the plane enroute to Jeddah has landed due to a mechanical failure, and all passengers were moved to a lounge, and the flight will leave for Jeddah soon.
The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) claimed the plane’s technical problem was fixed, as engineers found a flaw in the backup air turbine.
The PIA official said the flight will depart again at 2:00 am tonight..
