The plain areas of the country will continue to receive hot and dry weather, as the temperature in some areas is expected to be between 48-50 °C.
According to the Met department, increase in temperature is expected to continue till Thursday. Meanwhile, Gujranwala, Kashmir, Hazara and Rawalpindi are expected to receive rainfall.
According to the Met department, the southern and central parts of the country will be the first ones to experience the warm weather. These areas include Sahiwal, Multan, D.G.Khan, Bahawalpur, D.I.Khan, Bannu, Sukkur, Larkana, Shaheed Benazirabad, Hyderabad, Sibbi and Naseerabad division.
From Monday till Thursday, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Kohat and Peshawar division are likely to experience hot weather.
Yesterday, Noorpur Thal, Bhakkar, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur and Larkana experienced the most warm temperature, which was recorded at 48°C.
