Toyota vehicle maker in Pakistan, Indus Motor Company (IMC), has increased the price range for its CKD vehicle portfolio from Rs200,000 to Rs890,000, citing “economic uncertainty and volatility of the Pakistani rupee.”
The business informed the dealer principals, chief executive officers, and head of sales that “economic uncertainty and the extraordinarily fluctuating circumstances of the Pakistani rupee vs. the U.S. dollar have had a negative influence on the cost of producing IMC.”
As a result, “we are obligated to pass on the damage to the market,” the automaker bemoaned, “IMC has found it difficult to sustain current indicative retail prices.”
Below is mentioned the new retail selling price (ex-factory).
