Pakistan’s security forces effectively neutralized a terrorist assault on the Pakistan Naval Dockyard in Karachi, resulting in the death of two terrorists and the capture of four others.
During the operation, a Navy officer was martyred, and six sailors sustained injuries as the forces successfully repelled the attack. This incident occurred on Saturday night, as confirmed by a statement from Navy sources.
The Navy spokesperson assured that there was no material damage and the area was promptly secured, allowing normal activities to resume. Notably, this operation coincided with Pakistan’s Defence Day.
After the attack, intelligence and other law enforcement agencies conducted comprehensive inquiries and investigations. These efforts led to the arrest of several individuals linked to the terrorists, further strengthening national security and counter-terrorism measures.
