Pakistan has issued a strong warning to Iran following a breach of its airspace and a strike in Balochistan, which tragically resulted in two fatalities and several injuries.
The Foreign Office, in a statement, condemned Iran’s unprovoked violation of Pakistan’s air space and termed Tehran’s violation of Pakistani sovereignty as unacceptable and could lead to grave consequences. Iran’s air space violations incident has escalated tensions despite existing communication channels between the two nations.
Pakistan has lodged a firm protest with Iranian authorities and summoned the Iranian Chargé d’Affaires to denounce Iran’s violation of its sovereignty strongly and declared Iran fully responsible for the consequences. The Foreign Ministry stressed the violation’s severity, holding Iran accountable for any consequences.
The Foreign Office emphasized that terrorism is a regional threat requiring joint action. Such unilateral measures by Iran could damage bilateral trust and good neighbourly relations.

Iraq also refuted Iran’s claims of targeting an Israeli intelligence base in Arbil, calling them “false.” This series of events highlights escalating regional tensions and the complexities of cross-border military actions.
