Former Finance Adviser Balochistan Mir Khalid Langrove was apprehended by NAB Balochistan earlier today outside Balochistan High Court.
According to details, Khalid Langrove had applied for a pre-arrest bail at Balochistan High Court. However, the High Court rejected Langrove’s interim pre-arrest bail request, following which he was arrested by NAB.
It is pertinent to mention here that Mir Khalid Langrove had resigned from his post after Rs. 730 million had been recovered from Balochistan Finance Minister Mushtaq Raisani’s house, a couple of weeks ago. NAB had also recovered local and foreign currency from Raisani’s house.
After the incident, Langrove had resigned and stated that he would present himself for accountability.
